Pasta stuffed with smoked duck and ricotta cheese topped with pistachios, dried cherries and bianco sauce

Romano cheese crusted chicken breast with Trevisio mashed potatoes, spinach and bianco sauce
Salmone
Wood grilled Atlantic salmon over cannellini beans, rapini, tomatoes with a tomato compote and extra virgin olive oil

Italy's famous cooked cream dessert
Pan Dolce
Cinnamon raisin bread pudding with whiskey sauce
